So long as it gets done by the start of the season it is fine.

The question is how many cars will be at long beach? I am willing to put a fiver on Long Beach being run with IRL chassis even if only Chamcar teams are there. It makes no sense not to get data and become familiar with the new tools of the trade. Especially as the Champcar folks will probably have to pay for everyone to show up.
